Balsalmic Roasted Asparagus
2 pounds fresh asparagus, trimmed 2 tablespoons of olive oil 3 tablespoons of balsamic vinegar a pinch of sea salt 1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper fresh grated parmesan to taste 1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. 2. Place asparagus in a shallow baking dish or pan. 3. Sprinkle with olive oil, vinegar, salt, and pepper. Toss to coat. 4. Grate some parmesan cheese on top. 5. Bake until lightly browned, 15-20 minutes.
